I bask in the comfort with The One, which I belong to. I am in this world…not of this world.

Meditation, Connection, and the experience of Love overflows.

Work is not required.

Only my attention is desired.

Rest is much needed…

Self~Care is not an option…

Grounding, healing…allowing One’s self truths and revealings…

I explore the plains of my inner-self.

It is electrifying.

Ascending to my higher self…I can get there now without even trying.

It is beautiful. And I am grateful.

Knowing what I know…

Today,

Sit down for a while, disconnect from the harsh world, the noise, and expectations. Work will be there…today, take care of yourself.

Cleanse your Mind, Body, and protect your Soul from the things you may not be able to see with your own eyes. But directing your attention and time to the Most High will govern your third eye.

Sit and Be Still….
